The board supports VersaLogic's new SPX expansion interface that allows users to add a wide-range of low-cost I/O options to the platform. It also supports stackable PC/104 Plus expansion.

The Python has a single 200-pin SODIMM socket that can handle up to 1Gbytes of 333 MHz PC2700 DDR RAM. The board also includes analog and digital IO. Integrated SVGA video support can drive an LVDS flat panel display or a VGA display.

The board is fully RoHS-compliant and designed to meet EU Directive 2002/95/EC. Pricing is starts at $630.
