It offers a frequency range of 13 to 26 MHz and a supply-voltage range of 2.85 to 3.15 VDD. Also, it offers an initial frequency tolerance of ±0.5 ppm at 25°C ±2°C. Standard operating temperature is −20°C to 75°C. The FOX923E's input current is 2.0 mA at 3.0 V and 25°C. Pullability is ±5 ppm to ±15 ppm at a control voltage of 1.5 ±1.0 V.
