The ADSD-1402 comprises a pair of 14-bit, 2-MHz sampling analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that can be triggered simultaneously or independently. Each input channel has a fast-settling sample-and-hold amp and its own timing and control circuits. To ensure channel-to-channel matching, the two converters operate from a single precision reference. There are two sets of offset and gain adjustments. Digital data from the converters are multiplexed through a single output buffer. Prices for a commercial-temperature version start at $438 each in lots of 100.
