Targeting high-resolution ultrasound imaging, the HV2801 and HV2901 high-voltage, thirty-two channel analog switches offer robust latchup protection and require a quiescent current less than 10 microA.

Targeting high-resolution ultrasound imaging, the HV2801 and HV2901 high-voltage, thirty-two channel analog switches offer robust latchup protection and require a quiescent current less than 10 mA. Both feature an 18? on-resistance and up to 200V operating voltage. The HV2901 also features integrated bleed resistors to discharge residual DC voltages and reduce erroneous signals. Pricing is $19.34 each/1,000 for either the HV2801K6-G or HV2901K6-G. SUPERTEX INC., Sunnyvale, CA. (800) 222-9883.
