Comparator Invades Portable Designs

Groomed for portable applications, the LMV331 industry-standard comparator comes in either a 2 mm x 1.25 mm SC70 or 2.9 mm x 1.6 mm SOT23 package. The device operates from a supply-voltage range of 2.7V to 5V and specifies an operating current consumption of 20 mA at Vcc = 2.7V.
