The MAX9934 current-sense amplifier (CSA) includes a chip-select pin that enables multiple MAX9934s for monitoring and multiplexing different supplies onto a single ADC channel for advanced monitoring schemes. Offered in compact UCSP and microMAX packages, the device suits notebook computers, MP3 players, smartphones, and other portables. Its auto-zeroing techniques ensure an input-offset voltage of less than ±10 mV and a gain error of less than 0.25%.
