The TS942 and TS951 single supply, rail-to-rail operational amplifiers are built with an advanced BiCMOS process that allows dynamic performance and power consumption to be optimized for different applications. TS951 is designed for mobile telephones, palmtop computers, and other portable products. Operating from a single 2.7V to 12V supply, it offers rail-to-rail operation in both input and output. Power consumption is typically 0.9 mA at 3V with a slew rate of 1V/µs and a gain-bandwidth product of typically 3 MHz. Output current is a typical 25 mA and distortion is 0.01% at 1 kHz for audio applications. TS942 is a dual version of this device with slightly different specs.
