The SMV1430-040LF miniature 0402 abrupt varactor diode is ideal for VCO, phase noise, frequency control and voltage tuned filter applications requiring low resistance and large capacitance over a narrow 0 to 30 V range.

The SMV1430-040LF miniature 0402 abrupt varactor diode is ideal for VCO, phase noise, frequency control and voltage tuned filter applications requiring low resistance and large capacitance over a narrow 0 to 30 V range. It targets WLAN, CATV LNB, energy management, wireless infrastructure, and military markets.  Designed for high-volume commercial and industrial OEMs, ODMs, and contract manufacturers, the component’s low resistance also makes it appropriate for high-Q resonators in wireless systems at frequencies up to and above 10 GHz.
