The MCP606 2.5-V micropower op amp offers an offset voltage of less than 250 µV. This device also comes in the tiny SOT-23 package.

The op amp features a low supply current of 25 µA maximum. While single-supply operation ranges from 2.7 to 5.5 V, its low bias current is just 1 pA. Also, the device is available in a single op-amp configuration. It features rail-to-rail swing output as well as unity-gain stability. In 1000-unit quantities, the MCP606 costs $0.44 each.
