The module is available as a single width, full- or mid-sized AMC processor board and targets distributed ATCA/MicroTCA applications such as wireless base stations, voice over packet, test and measurement, server blades, and other enterprise-wide computing. It includes a x8 PCI Express controller and FCLKA fabric clock, configurable as either the root controller for a subtending PCI Express subnet or as an end node on a PCI Express subnet.
