GPS Receiver Debuts As Market's Smallest

Embedded Systems Conference, San Jose, CA. - Measuring 1.85 by 1.78 inches, the USB1700 lays claim to being the smallest StackableUSB GPS receiver board on the market. One quarter the size of the PC/104 footprint, the RoHS-compliant board operates in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and delivers 12-channel, WAAS-capable GPS functionality. It comes with a passive antenna and a development kit that includes sample software and full documentation is free of charge. Standard USB cables are also available for use with the PC-attached version of the board. Price starts at $230 in single quantities.
