With sizes starting at 12.7 x 19.8 x 5.6 mm, the AGM Series of ultra-miniature microwave amplifiers are called the smallest fully functional self-contained microwave devices available. They range from 1.8 GHz to 26.5 GHz and can be used as stand-alone amplifiers, either with the supplied SMA connectors or without the connectors in "drop-in" applications. Features include internal voltage regulation, reverse voltage protection, open/short circuit protection and unconditional stability. Available standard frequencies include all popular communications and satellite bands as well as octave bandwidths for a variety of other applications. Each band is available with either single, double, or triple gain stages providing up to 40 dB of gain and output power up to 1W. The devices draw only 160 mA from a 9 to 15 vdc supply.

Company: ATLANTIC MICROWAVE LTD.
