The WSR601 single-chip Wireless USB transceiver from Wisair is a single-die CMOS device targeting host and device Wireless USB applications. It implements PHY, MAC, and Wireless USB subsystems in a small form factor. Also, it can be embedded in notebooks, PC peripherals, consumer products, and portable products. It meets all the usual WiMedia UWB specifications.

The transceiver features USB 2.0 and SDIO 2.0 interfaces, enhanced power-save modes, internal packet RAM, and detect and avoid mitigation technology. Wisair offers a mix of development and evaluation kits as well as reference designs for HWA, DWA, native Wireless USB, and Wireless USB Adapter Sets.
