24V Gearmotor Cranks Up Torque Levels

Operating from any 24-Vdc/3.6A source including battery power, the Model MMP-TM55-24V GP52-079 gearmotor can deliver up to 80 in.-lb. of continuous torque at 58 rpm. Weighing less than 7 lbs., the motor measures 2.14" in diameter by 7.7" long and sports a keyed output shaft measuring 12 mm in diameter by 25 mm long. Mounting is accomplished via four face-mount, M5 threaded holes, equally spaced on a 40-mm diameter BC. Motor windings for 24V, 36V, and 90V are available. The gearmotors are rated at an IP 54 protection level for operation in harsh environments. Variable-speed options include the Model MMP 25A-24V or MMP 20A-24V-RSP modules.
