BLDC Motor Doesn’t Cog

Promising zero cogging and high peak force, the LAT40-48 limited angle torque BLDC motor’s rotor has no preferred position. Measuring 100 mm in diameter x 100 mm long, the motor features a single phase winding that provides a 30° excursion with no commutation. Rare earth magnets create a power density of 10.08 oz.-in.
