Groomed for point-to-point and multipoint radio apps, the MAOC-009871, MAOC-009872, and MAOC-010334 InGaP HBT-based, voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) claim low phase noise and low DC power consumption. Packaged in lead-free, 5-mm, 32-lead PQFN packages, the components pack an integrated buffer amplifier. Operating with case temperature at or below +85°C, the VCOs allows for a MTBF of 2,500,000 hours. With a 5V bias supply, they operate between the 8.4 GHz to 11.8 GHz frequency band.
