Residing in a 2 mm x 2mm, five-pin SC70 package suitable for portable products, the MAX14541E diode array protects three-channel data interfaces from ESD spikes up to ±15 kV (Human Body Model). It specifies an input capacitance of 6 pF typical, which helps prevent signal distortion in high-speed applications.
