Heralded as the smallest isolator on the market, the CEG23 series measures 2 mm x 2 mm x 1 mm, representing a 56% reduction in size over the company’s current isolators. Groomed for mobile-phone designs, the isolator includes LGA terminals that allegedly contribute to the reduction of mounting space and adds freedom in the RF circuit layout. Additionally, the component inherits the two-port circuit technology from current models to maintain matching characteristics with the power amplifier. Available, now sample price is $1.50 each. MURATA ELECTRONICS NORTH AMERICA INC., Smyrna, GA. (770) 436-1300.
