Optoisolator Delivers 2-Mbd Transfer Rate

In addition to 2 kV of isolation, the OPI1268 high-voltage optoisolator delivers a data-transfer rate up to 2 Mbd. The device combines a GaAlAs LED with a peak wavelength of 850 nm, optically coupled to a Photologic photodiode in the output IC.
