For RF circuits requiring wire-bondable components, the PSC series spiral inductors feature low DCRs, high Qs, and a wide range of inductance values. Measuring 0.045” x 0.045” x 0.01”, inductance values range from 1 nH to 100 nH, DCRs up to 0.26Ω, SRF to 10.2 GHz, and Qs to 13 at 250 MHz and 18 at 1 GHz. The lead-free inductors operate over a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and offer power handling to 250 mW. Custom sizes and values from 1 nH to 100 nH are available upon request. Prices range from $4.52 each/100 to $1.82 each/5,000. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY, INC., Malvern, PA. (619) 336-0860.
