The C14 two-bit, panel-mount optical encoders are now available with optional IP65 protection against dust and water intrusion. The components allegedly deliver a very clean square wave output. They offer a 16 or 32 angle of throw position plus three shaft options: 3.175-mm with slotted end, 6-mm diameter round, and 6.35-mm with D-cut. Detent options include 16-position, 32-position, and non-detent versions and a push switch is available.
