Its coax connector employs a silicone ring on the inside of the panel or box to create a robust seal when the nut tightens from the front. Other features include a low profile measuring one half of the connector’s diameter, an impedance of 50 Ohms, brass/gold contacts, and consistent performance through 18 GHz.
