The M24LR16E dual-interface memory device is capable of powering small systems from harvested RF power with no battery required. It features 16 kb of non-volatile EEPROM storage, 40 years data retention, one-million write-erase cycles, a RF interface operating at 13.56 MHz, I2C interface operating at 400 kHz, 1.8V to 5.5V supply-voltage range, Vout analog output (energy harvesting), and a RF status digital output.
