The Spool-Lock solenoid from Magnet-Schultz of America (MSA) offers durability in harsh conditions, making it well-suited for use in mobile hydraulics applications. The device withstands submersion and water ingression up to IP-X9 and its rugged construction also provides protection against severe temperatures. The standard design is rated at 12 V dc, but other voltage levels are available. The solenoid's working stroke is 3.6 mm and its locking pin diameter is 6.35 mm. It can be direct-mounted without the need for additional hardware. A 9/16-18 UNF-2A thread is standard and other threads are available. The device is rated for a 100% continuous duty cycle. Contact the company for price and availability information. For additional details, check out www.Magnet-SchultzAmerica.com.
