Providing multi-site testing for high pin count devices, the MT9510XP tri-temp pick-and-place handler now offers an option to substantially increase the contact force. This new feature enables testing of high pin count devices in as many as eight contact sites in parallel. The pressure booster option doubles the overall force available, allowing twice as many pins to be contacted simultaneously.
