Freescale Semiconductor said International Engine of the Year award winners contain its 32-bit microcontroller-based powertrain control solutions.

Freescale Semiconductor said International Engine of the Year award winners contain its 32-bit microcontroller-based powertrain control solutions. BMW's five-liter V10 engine was named International Engine of the Year, Best New Engine, Best Performance Engine and Best Above 4-liter, and Fiat-GM's 1.3 liter diesel was named Best 1-liter to 1.4-liter.
