Lattice Semiconductor Corporation reported a net loss of $8.2 million ($.07 per-share) on revenues of $52.4 million for its second quarter, ended June 30. A year ago the company reported a net loss of $15.9 million ($.14 per-share) on revenues of $60.9 million.

For the first half of 2005, Lattice reported a net loss of $19 million ($.17 per-share) on revenues of $103.7 million. Its net loss was $32.5 million ($.29 per-share) on revenues of $120 million for the first half of last year.

PLD products accounted for $42.6 million, or 81% of total Q2 revenue. FPGA products contributed $9.8 million, or 19%. Quarterly revenue from new products increased by 70% over Q2 of last year and accounted for 32% of total revenue. Lattice expects 0 to 3% growth in revenues for Q3 over Q2.
