LTX introduces Fusion MX test system for automotive ICs

LTX Corporation (www.ltx.com) has introduced the Fusion MX, a system for testing air bag deployment and ABS system ICs, among other types.

LTX Corporation has introduced the Fusion MX, a system for testing air bag deployment and ABS system ICs, among other types. The MX has more than six times the digital performance of the firm’s earlier Fusion CX. It also offers a 12 Gb/s SERDES option and a portfolio of mixed-signal instruments as well as new software tools and the resources needed for high throughput, multisite testing of highly integrated devices, according to Bruce MacDonald, LTX vice president of product marketing.
