The Noel Group and HUGHES Telematics are partnering to provide Noel Group’s MyAssist personal assistance services to drivers of HUGHES Telematics-equipped vehicles.
The services include Mobile Personal Assistance, Concierge, Travel Assistance and Emergency/Medical Assistance. When an in-vehicle connection is made, MyAssist coordinators will provide live assistance to help meet drivers’ requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
HUGHES Telematics will begin rolling out its telematics solutions this year in 2010 model year.
