In a CompactPCI footprint, the CP10 single-board computer packs a plethora of functions. Hosting a 1.8 or 1.6 GHz Pentium M processor with a 400 MHz system bus and an E7501 chipset, the board supports up to 2 GB of 200/266 DDR RAM. Other features include a front-access PMC slot that supports PCI or PCI-X cards, local storage and IPMI options, hardware monitoring, two serial ports, dual EIDE Ultra ATA/100 interfaces, four USB ports, a watchdog timer, and PS/2 mouse, keyboard and floppy drive interfaces, and dual 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet ports. An optional rear-transition module, the RTM20, provides rear access to the SBC’s I/O and status LEDs.
