Extended Screw Terminal Is Easy To Handle

May 1, 2001

Designed for applications that require connections to be made high above the pc board, this new line of elongated screw terminals finds use in power supplies, multi-board stacks, and where termination must be made outside the product. The extra height makes access to the screw terminal easier than conventional screw terminals, an advantage in high-density applications. The easy-to-connect terminals may be connected using solid or standard wire. The terminal is tin-plated brass; the screw is nickel-plated brass. The insert terminal is supplied either with screw installed and captivated or with screw unassembled.
