Both extenders promise to safely insulate electrical devices and both enlarge and extend electrical box faces.These non-conductive extenders slide into the main box, helping to eliminate damage to drywalls or plasterboard. Other certifications and approvals include compliance with NEC articles 370-20 and 370-21 and CSA certification.The extenders are made from material that meets UL 94-5VA.
