The cPCI-6760D computer board features an Intel Pentium III CPU (up to 850 MHz) and dual bridging support that fits applications demanding maximum I/O expandability. The hot-swappable, low-power system fits on a one-slot, 6U CompactPCI computer board. The CPU cards enable streamlined management of systems and subsystems within a rack system. They provide the ability to manage complex networks from telecom, xSPs, and computer telephony companies in a single compact rackmount unit. The boards have on-die L2 cache up to 256 kbytes (CPU dependent) at maximum core speeds and additional RAM up to 512 Mbytes using dual 144-pin SO-DIMM sockets. The cards provide a built-in 2.2-in. ATA hard-disk drive or removable CompactFlash socket daughter card. Operating systems include MS Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT 4.0 and 2000, Red Hat Linux 7.0, VxWorks, and MS-DOS 6.2+. A cPCI-6760D with an Intel PIII 700 CPU costs $2295 in quantities of 10.
