Single-Board Computer Boasts High Performance

Designed for VxWorks or Linux operating systems, this single-board computer is effective with high performance embedded applications as well as telecommunications due to its low power. The Ocelot, single slot 6U system operates at 300 MHz to 400 MHz with up to 512 Mbytes of soldered-down SDRAM memory and fits neatly into a standard CompactPCI (cPCI) chassis. It features 16 Kbytes L1 instruction cache, 16 Kbytes L1 data cache and internal 256 Kbytes L2 unified cache. The Ocelot has versatile I.O including two 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet interfaces, one to the front panel RJ45 connector and one MII interface to the cPCI rear I/O connector. Two PMC slots and two RS-232 communication ports come standard, along with power on self test and two-level watchdog timer. Pricing starts at $2,750. MOMENTUM COMPUTER INC., Carlsbad, CA.
