System Eases Building And Testing Of Wiring Harnesses

Oct. 1, 1999

A complete system for building and testing electrical wiring harnesses and sub-assemblies is provided by the easy-wire cable and harness tester. When used in combination with various reusable harness board components, the system is said to make harness work fast and easy.Components include brackets, connector holders, drop-nail brackets, transition boards and accessory brackets. The connector holders allow for easy removal of the connector from the bracket while also allowing for easy mounting of LEDs and strain relief of wire connections. Brackets raise the harness above the board for taping and tie-wrapping and also permit tilting of the connectors at various angles for easy access.
