The CRN series power rectifiers offer greater flexibility due to their availability in both isolated and non-isolated TO-220AB packages. The rectifiers are rated for currents of 15, 20, and 25 A at voltage ratings up to 1200 V peak. They provide full-cycle nonrepetitive surge peak on-state current ratings (Ifsm) ranging from 225 to 350 A. They join new product families from the company, such as the CHT series of triac-alternators, the CT series of triacs and triac-alternators, and the CYN series of silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs), all in the same package form. Starting price for the CRM rectifiers is $0.50 each in quantities of 10,000 units.
