The company’s immersion probes with integrated connectors target applications involving rapid temperature cycling, humidity, vibration, and mechanical shock. Their assemblies consist of an NTC thermistor mounted in a brass screw-in housing. The connector is crimped and cold-rolled into the housing, eliminating the need for potting resins. Operating across a temperature range from -40°C to +150°C, various thread types are available as well as a range of R/T curves. MEASUREMENT SPECIALTIES INC., Hampton VA. (800) 745-8008.
