Available in frequencies from 10 MHz to 25 MHz, the OSC Series of low-profile, surface-mount TCXOs can be soldered using standard convection reflow processes. The devices feature a ±1.5 ppm frequency vs. temperature characteristic over a -20°C to 70°C temperature range and operate from either a 3.0V or 5V supply. Current drain is less than 2.0 mA and aging is less than 1 ppm per year. The TCXOs are suited for PCS, GSM, cellular phone, GPS and PCMCIA applications.
