For use in EMI/RFI filtering, noise reduction and as termination networks, a line of silicon-based, thin-film resistor/capacitor networks replaces up to 36 discrete resistors and capacitors with a single 20-pin, low-profile network. AC terminators are used to reduce transmission-line effects and eliminate unwanted signals. Available terminator types are ac, ac single common and ac dual common. All circuit types are available in SOIC, QSOP, and TSSOP packages. Resistance range is 10 ohms to 150 ohms with an operating temperature range of -55° to 125°C and TCR of 250 ppm/°C. Resistance and capacitance tolerances are ±10% and ±20%, respectively.
