Promising to be a more economical replacement for OCXOs, the TT-VT4000CS TCXO specifies a stability of ±0.28 ppm over a temperature range from -40?C to +85?C.

Promising to be a more economical replacement for OCXOs, the TT-VT4000CS TCXO specifies a stability of ±0.28 ppm over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Total frequency stability is less than or equal to 1 ppm over all conditions, i.e., voltage change, loading, and aging. The component also draws 2.7 mA maximum. Other features include a low phase noise of -135 dbc/Hz at 1-kHz bandwidth and a package size of 5 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.5 mm. Tellurian Technologies Inc., Rolling Meadows, IL. (847) 934-4141.
