VCO Operates From 2,122 To 2,242 MHz

Sept. 23, 2010
The CVCO55CC-2122-2242 VCO operates from 2,122 MHz to 2,242 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V.

The CVCO55CC-2122-2242 VCO operates from 2,122 MHz to 2,242 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V. It features a typical phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and delivers a typical output power of +7 dBm. Measuring 0.5” x 0.5” in a SMD package, input voltage is 5V with a maximum current consumption of 40 mA. Pulling and Pushing are 1.5 MHz and 1.5 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical. CRYSTEK CORP., Fort Myers, FL. (800) 237-3061.
