20-MHz Scope Resides In Pen-Style Housing

Weighing only 70 grams and housed in a pen-style package, osziFOX multi-function 20-MHz storage scope includes a small back-lit LCD and can sample at 50-ns to 1-ms rates and supports auto, manual or external triggering, enabling ac and dc voltages and frequencies to be easily measured and simultaneously displayed on a PC screen. The 6-bit resolution handheld scope also comes with serial cable and Windows software that permit signals recorded in the scope's 128-byte memory to be stored on disk or printed on a PC's printer.
