The firm's CPMSpy is a packet-analyzing application that allows embedded developers to monitor, analyze and debug communication packets in concert with their application code when working with Motorola's MPC8xx Power- QUICC communications processors. The tool provides integrated windows that enable users to synchronize data between the communication subsystem, processor and memory under one environment. The software uses algorithms to identify and reconstruct individual communication packets. It time-stamps them and displays their type, whether they were received or transferred, shows their source and destination IP addresses, their start time and duration, and more. All communication processor module activity is captured and time-stamped.
