A high-performance, 150” diagonal LED video display developed by FormoLight relies on Multi ChipLEDs by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors to raise image quality to a level whereby the display is viewable clearly from every angle. The RGB Multi ChipLEDs are the allegedly the smallest RGB LEDs currently on the market, permitting a special image format in LED video displays ranging in size from small to large screens. The LEDs are clearly visible on the surface of the display, yet remain undetected by viewers because they are extremely small, measuring 1.6 mm x 1.6 mm and 0.9 mm thick.
