Designed to capture a share of the high-performance scientific instrument market, the PI0512WS Imager is a 512-pixel, wide aperture linear photodiode array optimized for spectroscopy and HPLC applications. At 60 pC saturation signal charge, the device is the first in a family of self-scanning photodiode arrays developed to achieve superior dynamic range performance over a full range of illumination levels. The sensor features a 50:1 pixel aspect ratio.
Other key features include wide spectral sensitivity for UV to IR response, resistance to UV damage, low dark current, low noise, high linearity, and low power dissipation. Pricing is less than $400 each in production qty.
