USB Power Sensors Measure Up To 40 GHz

Jan. 24, 2011
Expanding the company’s portfolio of USB-capable power sensors, the NRP Z85 and NRP Z86 emerge as the world's first wideband sensors to measure power from 50 MHz to 40 GHz without requiring a base unit.

Expanding the company’s portfolio of USB-capable power sensors, the NRP Z85 and NRP Z86 emerge as the world's first wideband sensors to measure power from 50 MHz to 40 GHz without requiring a base unit. Instead, the sensors connect via USB and enable the display of envelope power over a dynamic range of 47 dBm to +20 dBm. Additionally, they provide continuous-average measurements over the entire dynamic range from 60 dBm to +20 dBm. The wideband power sensors can be operated from a PC via an NRP Z4 USB adapter or in combination with an NRP/NRP2 power meter. ROHDE & SCHWARZ INC., Columbia, MD. (888) 837-8772.
