Expanding its digitally controlled potentiometer (DCP) offerings, the company's latest families of 128-tap, non-volatile, single, dual, and quad DCPs with SPI and I2C interfaces specify a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.The families consist of 24 devices for calibrating system tolerances, controlling system parameters, and for ac measurement or signal processing. Each combines resistor elements and CMOS switches and operates with a voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V. The single ISL22316 and ISL22416 are available in 10-lead MSOP packaging and the dual ISL22326 and ISL22426 come in 14-lead TSSOPs. The quad ISL22346 and ISL22446 are available in 20-lead TSSOP packaging and the single ISL22319 and ISL22419 are available in eight-lead MSOPs. The dual ISL22329 and ISL22429 are available in 10-lead MSOPs and the quad ISL22349 and ISL22449 in 14-lead TSSOPs. Prices range from $0.95 to$2.64 each/1,000. INTERSIL CORP., Milpitas, CA.
