Sustained read and write rates greater than 16 Mbytes/s define the I25FB 2.5-in. integrated development environment (IDE) flash disk drive. The I25FB supports PIO, Multiword DMA, and Ultra DMA interfaces. Capacities range from 128 Mbytes to 8 Gbytes. Versions with commercial and industrial (−45°C to 85°C) operating temperature ranges are available. A 4-Gbyte I25FB IDE flash disk drive with an industrial temperature rating costs $2900.
