Born to the SwitchBox military network system family, the SwitchBox 684 modular system delivers 24-Gb Ethernet ports and a choice of four ports of 10-Gb Ethernet fiber or two ports of 10-Gb Ethernet copper interfaces. Residing in a 10-lb. enclosure that measures 2” x 11” x 11.5”, all 10 GbE ports support full auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX crossover. Also, the switching core provides a full-speed, non-blocking architecture for full wire-speed performance on all ports.
