Featuring a 70% weight reduction in Shell Size 7, the HDMC circular connectors meet or exceed the electrical and environmental performance criteria for MIL-DTL-38999 connectors and provide a 50% space saving over MIL-DTL-38999 Shell Size 9 with a 40% increase in signal density. Importantly, the connectors maintain compatibility with industry-standard backshells. The components are available with removable Size 23 crimp contacts, Size 12 high-frequency coax (MDHC) contacts, high-speed Twinax, and fiber-optic types. MDHC coax contacts specify a frequency range up to 40 GHz with a typical VSWR of 1.3:1 up to 30 GHz and 1.5:1 up to 40 GHz per mated pair. SABRITEC, Irvine, CA. (949) 250-1244.
